Try a dipping sauce with your shishito peppers

Soy and ginger dipping sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 tablespoon fresh ginger minced

1/4 tablespoon sriracha
-
juice of 1/2 lemon
Mayo, lemon and garlic dipping sauce

1/2 cup mayo
-
juice of 1/2 lemon
-
1 garlic clove minced
-
1/2 teaspoon sriracha
Make the dipping sauces

Whisk together the ingredients for each dipping sauce in two separate bowls. Cover and place in the fridge until needed.
